The app did not notice I left home.

Geofence detection depends on the operating system and needs the location permission set to Always, not just While using the app. On iOS: Settings › RemAInder › Location. It is also worth turning off battery optimisation for the app, which suspends background location events.

You can always open the place and tap I'm leaving to start the checklist by hand.

Where does the app store my address?

On your phone, and only there. Coordinates are never sent: the server receives only a signal along the lines of "left place #2 at 08:14". It is all explained in the privacy policy.

How do I cancel a RemAInder Plus subscription?

The subscription is managed by the store you bought it from, not by us.

Plus stays active until the end of the period already paid for.

I bought Plus and the app still shows ads.

Open Settings › restore purchase. If it still does not appear, write to us with the account email and the date of purchase.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings › account › delete account. It deletes the account and all associated data on our servers, including the departure history and everything the app learned about you. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you have already uninstalled the app and cannot sign in, ask us by email from the account's address.

I shared my home with my household and someone is not getting alerts.

Cross alerts only reach people who accepted the invitation and have notifications enabled. Check under Household that the member shows as active and not as pending.
